eQSL.cc for MX0AAA/P

This utility will download eQSL cards log file in ADI format, so that QSL card images can be retrieved.
All cards will be stored in the format 'CALL_YYYYMMDD_BAND_MODE_LOCATOR.jpg' in the appropriate subfolder (M0AAA, G3ULT-P etc).
Portable operations are stored seperate from the 'normal' operations, but they display together. Only NEW entries will be added to the display from the downloaded list, all other entries are simply ignored.
Note that downloading the QSL images will NOT validate the contacts in eQSL.cc, that has to be done separately.

You may manually add scanned images into the correct subfolders as well, using this format:
'M0MPM_20160229_70CM_AM_IO91LJ.jpg' (but change any slash to a dash - eg M0MPM/P to M0MPM-P, or leave the suffix/prefix out)
where BAND is 160M, 80M .. 2M, 70CM, 23CM etc
MODE is SSB, CW, RTTY, PSK, FM,FT8 etc.
The approximate size is be 530x340 pixels. JPG, GIF, PNG and BMP are supported as images formats.
To run this utility Pop-Ups must be allowed.

  1. If you are logged on to eQSL already, log off.
Log on to eQSL (opens a new page) with the call you are downloading eQSLs for, and come back to this page.

  2. Fill in the correct eQSL password for the selected call. User: MX0AAA/P Passw:

  3. (optional) Check if there are any QSLs waiting.

  4. Download the ADIF log for from eQSL, or, if you already have a previously saved file you may skip this step and select it in the next step (5).
Save locally (right-click on the ADI file and 'Save Target As ... [CLUBCALL].adi') in a convenient folder such as C:\temp and come back to this page.

  5. Now move this file to the Linux server

  6. (Make sure the password is filled in correctly above at step 2, or else the images will not download from eQSL)

  7. A pop-up page will automatically open with the image, or click on a call in the list to download the QSL-card image.

It will save the image to the 'MX0AAA/P' folder.
The window will close and the next one should automatically load.
Occasionally when the eQSL server is very busy you may get a Time-Out and/or '504' error. The process will still continue but it may skip a card. Just 'Process' again at the end and all skipped cards will be re-tried.
You may interrupt this process at any time by clicking the 'STOP' button, the next time you start it up it will detect which cards were already saved,
    and only process unsaved/new cards.

  8. (optional) Go back to the eQSL page opened in step 1, select the Inbox to validate the contacts, clear the NEW list, reject wrong QSLs, answer any SWL reports.

  9. Finally go to the RADARC QSL WebPage and select the call you just downloaded for and check the cards are there.
